On 9 April the chairman of Baltic Tech Park Board, Romualdas Petraitis attended in the Innovation breakfast at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences LSMU. At this event, the LSMU management and scientists, together with business representatives, discussed the potential of cooperation in developing new innovative and smart products and services for the health sector.
The LSMU leaders invited the scientists and researchers to share their researches and to promote new partnerships among healthcare professionals. Participants of the event were informed about scientific innovations and perspectives and have been agreed about the opportunities for bachelor, master and doctoral students of the LSMU to present their research to Innovation breakfast participants and get constructive criticism and helpful advice.
Mr. Romualdas Petraitis briefly introduced new Baltic Tech Park project the Health Smart Technologies Centre which is developing together with foreign partners from Sweden, Norway, Germany and Austria. R. Petraitis shortly talked about the digital health cluster BALTIC eHEALTH activities in smart technologies: Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, virtual and augmented reality and collaboration with healthcare institutions in this areas.
